Melatonin Nightmares are scary, ive been there. I switched over to magnesium after I couldnt handle them anymore. daytime flashblacks from the nightmares were impeding my life. A little bit of Oxazepam is helpful aswell.
If you are prone to nightmares avoid zopiclone and zolpidem like the plague. They induced full on night terrors for me.. Id wake up in the middle of the night in tears and shaking.
