You could check out Lawley Pharmaceuticals, a legitimate pharmaceutical company from Australia. They produce a test cream and *********************, a bit on the pricey side though. The Australian equivalent of the FDA, the TGA, has accepted studies showing Lawley's product is equivalent to Testogel (which I believe is the Australian brand name for Androgel).
