Since all of this mess in the world of what we do, the thing that seems to work for me is now a z med not zOlp3dum but the other that seems to be more available. I get really tired and then have 200mg of g6b6pentin that gets me to sleep. I don't know what my brain is getting set up for, but it's the closest to what was done before. Only way to sleep. I work nights get home at 5am, then sleep 6 hours tops, lots happening in my world. So this is the best I can come up with at the moment. Everything was going perfect before ,I was happy, smooth sailing and now I'm reconstructing my chemistry to find a normal. I don't know, first thing going will be the g6b6pentin when I try to ease back into a routine without coming here soon. Thats all my news. Sleep has been very strange the last few months. All over the place, mood has been shaken and trying to stay positive. Do the best we can. All I want to do is SLEEP sheesh really all I want to do is to be able to go to bed after a long night and and at my work its very very loud and sensory overload. So good sleeping habits are hard when everyone else wakes up in 2 hours when I get home. Frustrating , but will figure a way. Hope you all are good. To stay on topic, I've heard it works well till it decides to not work, then you are up in the high mg's and w/d is something very real, so read up on that, if you decide to go that route.

I have no clue why I quoted my same reply in the same message? I was trying to correct some grammar and must have put reply? Sorry, if you need to edit it down, my fault.
