See i have L theanine, and found it quite nice. mild and short acting in my opinion, haven't combined the supplement with caffeine yet might do so tomorrow with green tea
From my research and not much of it L thn affects all three receptors, increasing gaba most then serotonin and small amounts of dopamine. Now from my understanding it does not work by enhancing the effects of the neuro transmitters. But by selectively increasing the amounts of them circulating in the brain, which are then absorbed rapidly.
anyway ill upload more about L supplement in a few days as its interesting and im tired now so will talk gibberish
