Length of the acute phase of benzo withdrawal?

Hi mate. If your only on 10 mg of Vals a day i would reccomend 1mg every week. I was taking over 100mg a day (stupid i know) and after almost a year im now on only 3 if you take 1mg off a week you shouldnt feel much. We are all different. good luck my freind. Stay well
