Fentanyl Hits the Streets Disguised as Xanax and Norco

How many countries are being seriously affected by fent being around in fake pills or whatever other way it comes in ? I know it hardly gets a mention in the UK, if there has been deaths from it they are very rare, hardly ever gets mentioned here, I can only think of the US that is being badly hit by this, is anywhere else suffering from this stuff as bad as the US is ? links would be handy to back up any facts given.

I was given a tiny amount for a hospital procedure, apart from that have never seen it or heard of it being sold on our streets, its odd that it seems to be the US being affected as far as i can see.
