Hello Community.
This is Joanna, 42 years old. Suffer for anxiety and panic attacks.
I have bordeline TSH levels ( even that my T3 and T4 are ok ) and my doc told me that this could be subclinical hyperthyroidism and that can increase my anxiety levels.
Also, to much insomnia lately ( 4 hours of sleep , in a good night, 5 ) .
Hope I can meet others with the same problems than me and we can share it.
