I’ve forgotten my SSRIs a couple of times on weekends away and I usually get the downer abs head zaps about three days after, it’s not good. Also I think you know it’s coming so you anticipate it, become hyper vigilant about any symptoms then boom - panic. I would love a holiday from my brain.
