I am sorry too. I have either 9 or 10 implantsbecause my teeth have failed. I have an autoimmune disease called Sjogren's syndrome and it causes excessive dry mouth and eyes. The dry mouth at night means the even if you brush your teeth like crazy bacteria will get on them in the night and you don't have the suliva to wash it away. So while I sleep the bacteria damages my teeth.
I have tried and still use Dry mouth gel from CVS. It might make teeth feel better at the very least.
