Falling asleep is not an issue for me, though it once was. Staying asleep or very early awakening is a big problem. Almost every night, at 3 or 4 am I wake and feel somewhat anxious. Too often I'll reach for a benzo which usually puts me back to sleep until alarm clock time. Other option is to live with it but I'm usually setting myself up for a bad day with four hours sleep. Any suggestions?
