Combine that with the antifreeze in most vap cartridges you will get a deadly reaction - it is what makes the pretty white smoke, just like when your car blows a head gasket.
The big push is on now to say that dispensaries are pushing thc with vitamin e cartridges, this is not the case. Mom and pop vap and some National Brand Nicotine pens use the oils.
I don't know of any dispensaries that are selling vitamin E in their cartridges for smoking, only using for PO which is ok.
