Hi Ross, ice wizard, Charon, and everyone. Well I am 3 weeks and 2 days post op of my total knee replacement. Doing better everyday. Pain is still great. But 3 weeks what can I expect. I am walking with a stick, no Cain’s for me. I seem to have more stability using a hiking stick. Going up stairs....I have 14 of them...ugg. And now I have started outpatient physical therapy. This is such a slow,process. Anyone considering amTK replacement be prepared for the long process. It takes time. I am hoping to be semi back to normal beginning of January. So I hope.

I haven’t been writing much but I have been reading the posts. So I am around.. I will check back in soon.

Miss you all but be back full time soon. Can’t put Orange Rabbit down.
