I have noticed that Z0pi!cl0ne works well (for me), but I often wake up tired even after 8+ hours of sleep. The best sleep aid I have ever had consistently was plenty of exercise and quality Benz***. But it seems very hard to find a reputable vendor for high quality Benz***. I'm hoping by the time I reach 50 posts I might gain access to a reliable vendor for that.
The tolerance to the benzos if used for chronic insomnia is crazy. Midazolam toll tolerance is built and then zolpidem till tolerance is built, is the best rotation of them. I will get up to a somewhat higher dose than what is suggested because of tolerance. I am jealous of the people who say lunesta and all these weaker meds work for them. Most reviews on these meds online say they don’t work for most people but they do work for some and I wish I was in that category since I would have so much more to throw at my severe insomnia. Oh I almost forgot, good old Halcion works well for me too. Works about as good as midazolam.
