Dangerous 'gray death' drug has already hit Houston streets

I just don't understand why anyone would make a drug like that... As Charon says, it wouldn't get repeat business. I may not know much about drug dealers, but I do know that killing customers is bad for business.

The only thing slightly similar I'd heard before was some H users were warned a batch somewhere in the USA (I forget where) contained f€nt. Rather than avoiding, they actively tried to get it because they thought it would be a bigger hit.

What a sorry situation.
