Shipments from the US to>> China had been experiencing delays for a month or so now. U$P$ had removed their delivery time guarantee to China due to delivery issues. For deliveries to the US a look at Alibaba/Aliexpress (Completely unrelated subject matter to this forum) shows a post/notice on March 3rd “Some shipping and logistics are experiencing longer waiting times for processing orders” An understatement in my opinion...
I have an order in with an Aliexpress seller, placed Jan.29th. Items still haven't arrived. Typically takes 15 days or so..
It's already been determined the virus can't survive the long haul to the states via parcel. Main issue in China ATM is safe handling and sorting of domestic parcels to prevent spread.
