My best friend works for the postal service (USPS) and they had a safety meeting this afternoon to discuss this situation. They were told even if this pandemic gets worse they will not cease delivering mail or packages. It would be impossible for them to “catch up” even if they had 1 day off never mind a week or two. She was told that USPS will stay delivering 99.9% unless a major sorting facility in their or your state’s area gets shut down, which is 99.9% unlikely. So now just have to wait and see what international mailing services are doing/going to do at this point, but if your subscription makes it to the states she mentioned they are going to start expediting packages to get them out of their facilities quicker, meaning less time for the virus to possibly live and spread in one place.
