I think all substance should be legal for personal consume . Said that, all must consume in private places, and the consumer should be responsable during and after consume it for all this acts . Should be focus on drugs not to be sold to under 18th instead on the " war on drugs " . Of course, that will piss many people that make tons of money with the " illegal " drugs .
Old people, know if they are addict or not . I know it , everybody know it they are addicts or not . You have the addictive personality or not . I can take alprazaolam every single day for a year, and then not take it for 5 years .And then take it one time per month, etc . Lucky me, I am not an addictive person. Even so , I thing the worst withdrawal cold turkey I have was for Trazadon . leaving cold turkey benzos for me was an easy cake .
But not anybody is the same . But everybody , older than 18th or 21th years old if you want, should be the only responsable for his own actions, including, addictions. Make it illegal, is not the solution . And the " war of drugs " is just a fancy name to said " make more money , with cheap as dirt things "
Now, if you give drugs to a teen, to a child, you should spend life in prison . You are fucking his entire life . Including alcohol .
