Look for the Israel Study . It is extremely good . They used 0.2mg/kg to 0.3mg/kg for five day in early symptoms of covid and tested PCR positive.
Basically, they did a place group and a none placebo group ( 50 people on each one ) . What they found is that the none placebo group recovery much faster than the none placebo group and there was no hospitalization on the Invermectin group but two Hospitalization on the placebo group.
For prevention , there are studies that use 12mg one time per week . You need to take it two hours apart from meal . So if you take it when you wake up , wait two hours for breakfast .
There are a good Argentina Study too , they used higher dose , 0.6mg/kg .
Anyway, the " lethal dose " of Invermectine is pretty high, 50mg/kg . So you are using 1/100 of the dose that will be toxic for most person, that is pretty low compare to most of the drugs .
