There are no JANUARY orders pending as per my knowledge. Yes, Some orders shipped on 2nd of Feb are experiencing delays. And it is true that there are no reships or refunds in case the parcel has been shipped from our end and has left our country or origin but lost in transit or by the postal services on the other end or seized by the other country’s postal service. BUT if a parcel never leaves the origin country it is our full responsibility. And we do compensate our customers fully for their losses in ways which we both feel comfortable doing. I would love to hear about your order number either here or via email with your IOPLIST username as well.
