Thats what they gave me when I had a procedure a few years ago.
So its not just going to drug dealers,no doubt the UKs NHS wont be the only country whos medical services use fent.
I don't think anyones out to kill Americans with fent, whats the point in killing a load of drug addicts in another country?

A friend with a very bad back gets fent patches from the NHS. They are prescribed and he has to go to a large pharmacy that stocks the patches. It seems that small pharmacies don't stock it and have to place a special order. I don't remember the brand, but it was a well known company like Pfizer.

There are a variety of authorised wholesalers who provide meds to UK pharmacies and hospitals. There is a system of categorisation for controlled medicine that determines the security around the medication. Wholesalers have to meet certain standards to handle controlled meds. This includes the physical security, like being locked up. Also there are rules that mean one person can't handle it on their own - certain things need to be witnessed and the paperwork needs multiple signatures.
