We are deeply saddened about the situation in Ukraine. As a company that enables
trade between countries and peoples across the globe, we strive for a more connected
world, with peace and prosperity for everyone.
Our greatest concern and our highest priority continues to be the safety of our
employees. We therefore closed offices and operations in Ukraine until further notice.
Service suspensions Russia and Belarus
Our inbound services to Russia and Belarus have been suspended, which is why
we are also not accepting shipments to those countries. In addition, DHL has also
decided to suspend its domestic operations in those countries until further notice.
We are closely monitoring the situation and are working with our customers to
mitigate the impact on our international and domestic customers. We will keep
you updated about any further developments.
