Off to a rocky start already. There seems to be confusion about payment. I payed and they have said I didn’t. Don’t want to break the rules by discussing methods but I have tried to provide evidence of payment to them. I sent links screenshots time of transfer and how they can see it on the blockchain.
The person Sarah has said they will forward my info on to admin.
A little disappointing
I figured if they offer that kind of payment they would know how to monitor it and see transfers and use the platform enough not to make this error.
Hopefully it will get sorted out but it not a good start. It seemed so simple as they gave me the address to sent the money payment, and I did not anticipate them doing this.
I can’t say at this stage it’s intentional. I am inclined to believe perhaps it’s an oversight if they are not used to this payment method.
But time will tell. As a good investigation would show I have payed.
