Update- I’m in contact with Sarah. She’s sending me screenshots saying I payed the wrong address (it’s actually the wrong info, so hard to explain. And I can see in her info it’s not showing as normal transfer it’s under internal $ether transfers so for her to see it she needs to click on an extra link. Explaining that is difficult. I am sending back my screenshots with steps on how they can see all there wallet. Attempting to resolve it all. To their credit she is currently responding(hopefully not just because I’m being played) . I’ll give them that. Communicating is good. I think if I had payed differently this could of worked. BUT I know crypto and I can see what’s going on and I have payed and it’s sitting there under a different heading they need to click. Aughhh
Not resolved as of yet but I’m attempting to understand it from their point of view and keep calm. It’s difficult and upsetting (very distressing to feel it’s intentional bluffing but I’m not sure it is) Sarah seems legit convinced she’s right. but I spent some time today trying to breakdown $ether scan trail and try to address the issue with my very detailed and polite screenshots further.
I suppose what I see as clear may not be so I am giving it time.

I even prayed for clarity for everyone just incase it’s miscommunication.

Anyway that’s it so far.
Thank God it’s a very small order.
