Anecdotal evidence from people I know who have tried it, either IV through a provider or their own acquisition and dosing, it seems to help people with resistant depression at a fairly low dosage. Looking at the oral route the stuff ive read says it is esket, the iv places use racemic which is s and r...I think? The nose spray is esket. This is such a new treatment that I think it bears some personal research as the providers/prescribers are going to prescribe the modality available/familiar to them vs tailoring both the route of administration and the particular version of K to the individual.
