Charon, i am immediately intrigued by your thought process, leading you to compare Marmite to health supplements, cod liver oil etc. Horrible health condiments for sure, and yes i was also subjected to these.
However, Marmite..... it is no supplement. You do not seek it because you have to. Because it is a mandatory requirement.
You seek it because you want to. It is a mechanism to achieve pleasure rather than just mere survival.
Marmite crisps are just the beginning. Until you sample yeast extract, matured, in its rawest and purist form.... you cannot call yourself a Marmite Disciple.
