Great advice and thank you for the reminder of the warning! Research everything you take in conjunction with SJW BEFORE taking it. It can have serious interactions. Also you mentioned Tramadol... that stuff interacts with SO many different medications including SNRIs. I read that if you mix Duloxetine with Tramadol it will kill you. Those are both pretty common medications. Shocking that they have such harsh interactions!
I use Gaia and NOW! brand because those are what I personally get the best results with but I have heard that there are other better brands. Everyone is different and different brands work better for different people!
