I too can relate to the depression and self isolation. I’m glad you were back on here even if it’s just to read posts. This is such a safe space.  The past few months have been heavy and the holidays. Don’t help so good on you for making some positive steps.

My best wishes and sincere prayers go out to Analin. The entire reason over a decade ago for me looking up these forums was a social anxiety that was nearly destroying my life. I'm a different person now, but believe me, that extreme social anxiety is still inside of me.
