Back in 2014 I was prescribed bnzs for a traumatic event that had happened. It got out of hand for a while and I was using probably 6-10mg a day of alp and l@raz. I was 100% unaware of the risks involved with quitting. Straight up cold turkey’d benz and c@d3ine. At home. Thank God I never died.
For about 10 days straight, zero sleep, zero appetite, zero energy, zero rest, zero peace. Lots of paranoia.
Lost my job. They were actually willing to work with me, but I was so freaked out I quit.
Made it out on the other side alive though. It was like a reset button.
I never go above .5 MG a day now IF I use it.
