This is something I have always worried about. I've had a prescription off and on for 6 + years... Dr is understanding in my case as I have a irregular heartbeat condition that can feed anxiety.. Sometimes I do not get prescribed enough as I take usually 1mg Xan during the day and close to half at night... I hear the horror stories of how hard it is but usually the people coming off are on higher amounts. Something I think of quite often and wonder if I can do it and what effects I would endure with that about.
