Rodolfo Pietro Filiberto Raffaello Guglielmi di Valentina d'Antonguolla
(May 6, 1895 – August 23, 1926),

known professionally as Rudolph Valentino and nicknamed The Latin Lover, was an Italian actor
based in the United States who starred in several well-known silent films including
The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, The Sheik, Blood and Sand, The Eagle, and
The Son of the Sheik. Valentino was a sex symbol of the 1920s, known in Hollywood as the
"Latin Lover" (a title invented for him by Hollywood moguls), the "Great Lover", or simply Valentino.
His early death at the age of 31 caused mass hysteria among his fans, further cementing his
place in early cinematic history as a cultural film icon. Valentino was born in Castellaneta, Apulia,
and named Rodolfo Pietro Filiberto Raffaello Guglielmi di Valentina d'Antonguella. His father,
Giovanni Antonio Giuseppe Fedele Guglielmi di Valentina d'Antonguella, was an Italian from
Martina Franca, Apulia; he was a captain of cavalry in the Italian Army, later a veterinarian,
who died of malaria when Rodolfo was 11.









Raymond Thomas Bailey
(May 6, 1904 – April 15, 1980)

was an American actor, and comedian on the Broadway stage, films, and television. He is best known
for his role as greedy banker Milburn Drysdale in the television series The Beverly Hillbillies. Bailey was
born in San Francisco, California, the son of William and Alice (née O'Brien) Bailey. When he was a
teenager he went to Hollywood to become a movie star. He found it was harder than he had thought,
however, and took a variety of short-term jobs. He worked for a time as a day laborer at a movie studio
in the days of silent pictures, but was fired for sneaking into a mob scene while it was being filmed.
He also worked for a while as a stockbroker and a banker.









George Orson Welles
(May 6, 1915 – October 10, 1985)

was an American actor, director, producer, and screenwriter who is remembered for his innovative
work in film, radio, and theatre. He is considered to be among the greatest and most influential
filmmakers of all time. George Orson Welles was born May 6, 1915, in Kenosha, Wisconsin, a son
of Richard Head Welles (1872–1930)  and Beatrice Ives Welles (née Beatrice Lucy Ives; 1883–1924). 
He was named after one of his great-grandfathers, influential Kenosha attorney Orson S. Head, and
his brother George Head.  An alternative story of the source of his first and middle names was told
by George Ade, who met Welles's parents on a West Indies cruise toward the end of 1914. Ade was
traveling with a friend, Orson Wells (no relation), and the two of them sat at the same table as Mr.
and Mrs. Richard Welles. Mrs. Welles was pregnant at the time, and when they said goodbye, she
told them that she had enjoyed their company so much that if the child were a boy, she intended
to name him after them: George Orson.











George Timothy Clooney (born May 6, 1961)

is an American actor and filmmaker. He is the recipient of numerous accolades, including a British
Academy Film Award, four Golden Globe Awards, and two Academy Awards; one for his acting and
the other as a producer. He has been honored with the Cecil B. DeMille Award in 2015, the Honorary
César in 2017, AFI Life Achievement Award in 2018, and the Kennedy Center Honors in 2022.
Clooney was born on May 6, 1961, in Lexington, Kentucky. His mother, Nina Bruce , was a beauty
queen and city councilwoman. His father, Nick Clooney, is a former anchorman and television host,
including five years on the AMC network. Clooney is of Irish, German, and English ancestry.









Robert Edwin Peary Sr.
(May 6, 1856 – February 20, 1920)

was an American explorer and officer in the United States Navy who made several expeditions to the
Arctic in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. He is best known for, in April 1909, leading an
expedition that claimed to be the first to have reached the geographic North Pole. Robert Edwin Peary
was born on May 6, 1856, in Gallitzin, Pennsylvania to Charles N. and Mary P. Peary. After his father
died in 1859, Peary and his mother moved to Portland, Maine. After growing up there, Peary attended
Portland High School (Maine) where he graduated in 1873.








Sigmund Freud
(German: born Sigismund Schlomo Freud; 6 May 1856 – 23 September 1939)

was an Austrian neurologist and the founder of psychoanalysis, a clinical method for evaluating
and treating pathologies seen as originating from conflicts in the psyche, through dialogue between
patient and psychoanalyst, and the distinctive theory of mind and human agency derived from it.
Sigmund Freud was born to Ashkenazi Jewish parents in the Moravian town of Freiberg, in the
Austrian Empire (now Příbor, Czech Republic), the first of eight children. Both of his parents were
from Galicia, a historic province straddling modern-day West Ukraine and southeast Poland.








Willie Howard Mays Jr.
(born May 6, 1931),

nicknamed "the Say Hey Kid" and "Buck", is a former center fielder in Major League Baseball (MLB).
Regarded as one of the greatest players ever, Mays ranks second behind only Babe Ruth on most
all-time lists, including those of The Sporting News and ESPN. Mays played in the National League (NL)
between 1951 and 1973 for the New York / San Francisco Giants and New York Mets. Mays is the
oldest living member of the National Baseball Hall of Fame. Willie Howard Mays Jr. was born on
May 6, 1931, in Westfield, Alabama, a primarily black company town near Fairfield. His father,
Cat Mays, was a talented baseball player with the black team at the local iron plant.
Annie Satterwhite, his mother, was a gifted high school basketball and track star.









Robert Clark Seger
(born May 6, 1945)

is an American singer, songwriter, and musician. As a locally successful Detroit-area artist, he
performed and recorded as Bob Seger and the Last Heard and The Bob Seger System throughout
the 1960s, breaking through with his first album, Ramblin' Gamblin' Man (which contained his
first national hit of the same name) in 1969. By the early 1970s, he had dropped the 'System'
from his recordings and continued to strive for broader success with various other bands. In 1973,
he put together the Silver Bullet Band, with a group of Detroit-area musicians, with whom he
became most successful on the national level with the album Live Bullet (1976), recorded live
with the Silver Bullet Band in 1975 at Cobo Hall in Detroit, Michigan. In 1976, he achieved a
national breakout with the studio album Night Moves. On his studio albums, he also worked
extensively with the Alabama-based Muscle Shoals Rhythm Section, which appeared on several
of Seger's best-selling singles and albums. Seger was born at Henry Ford Hospital in
Detroit, Michigan, the son of Charlotte and Stewart Seger. At age five, he moved with his
family to Ann Arbor. He had an older brother, George.










Sir Anthony Charles Lynton Blair KG
(born 6 May 1953)

is a British former politician who served as Prime Minister of the United Kingdom from 1997 to 2007
and Leader of the Labour Party from 1994 to 2007. He served as Leader of the Opposition from
1994 to 1997, and had various shadow cabinet posts from 1987 to 1994. Blair was the Member
of Parliament (MP) for Sedgefield from 1983 to 2007. He is the second longest serving prime minister
in modern history after Margaret Thatcher, and is the longest serving Labour politician to have
held the office.
