While I am not upset about his testicles being removed, I don't see the point in removing them. These types of men (and women) do these crimes to feel powerful, and because they can't have a relationship with an adult because they have the emotional capacity of a teenager. They never "grew up." Their mind never matured.
A man does not need testicles, or even any genitals, to harm others or rape them. They will just use something else instead. They want to humiliate and harm others. And this will make them angrier than they already are.
Why take a chance of him getting paroled or released?
He needs to be hanged. No appeals. No nonsense of living on death row.
The money we pay to house and feed them, etc. could be used for the elderly who can't afford to pay their utilities or medications, or food. Many children go hungry, as well. There are people in this world with basic needs and they can't even afford them.
But, they keep them in prison rather than hanging them because the prison system is corrupt. And it sure provides a lot of high paying jobs for a whole lot of people.
