This website (by a man with MS) has found a way to make the capsules for about €100 per year.  He does leave his email and has suggestions on where to obtain the capsules and DMF from Amazon.  Might be worth it to get in touch with him and see how it's worked out for him.
It has a lot of good information, not just products, on how to use, when to use, if to use etc etc.
He is NOT a vendor, this is just him trying to help people with his experience and subsequent information.
