Just to let everyone know, there is a scam right now involving Spectrum service. Don't give them any information. The phone call I got said it was from Livingston New York and I normally don't answer those unknown calls, but I did this time. They were telling me my boxes needed to be changed ... I hung up on them when they asked for additional information and call Spectrum and yes it is a scam so don't give any information out.
