Charon don't get me started on the pedo thing, you are correct they don't change, keep his kids away from him. He did touch his sisters, but it's okay because he felt their breasts, buts it's okay they has shirts on and never made contact with their skins. That makes it alright!!!!!!

Who was able to leak a juvenile record, I thought they were sealed and not public record. Perhaps an inside source looking to get paid for this crime.
