I would not recommend Magnesium Citrate for RLS. Â
Magnesium sulfate (pure) should help. Â (Magnesium Citrate will inflame the kidneys and cause a lot of bowel activity.)
Also, for that hot bath, use A LOT of Epsom salts, and SOAK in it. Â
There are other remedies, but since we haven't heard from you, I am taking that as a positive thing and holding the best thoughts that you are doing profoundly better.
