at top of this page you will see the link right after IOPList.org > Welcome Center OK
Click on Welcome Center  Then once there click on Welcome and you are at the spot to create your very own thread to post your, Introduction, Hello I am ????  OK
And you will be at a spot to make you very own introduction. OK.
Click on the Post Thread button and make your introduction then click post and voila' Â OK
If this doesn't help say something more....someone will help. OK
