I agree, theraputically speaking, I meant if one would require two for anxiety or insomnia, it would be better IMHO to take two 1mg ks@lol rather than a rectangle 2mg bar of which there are many fakes about. I apologize, I didn't mean to come off as if they were being taken recreational or without cause like candy. I completely agree, with control, if you can use the minimal amount to give you relief that is always best
