The toughie this time of year (IMO) is the social obligations of the season and all obligatory sweets at every get together. At least where I am, in my circle, every holiday get together is basically a sugar fest....cookies, cakes, ice cream, candies, fudge, etc. I have learned to act like I am eating something when I really am not Wink Lost my sweet tooth (except dark chocolate) a few years ago.
