Seeing how the 18th is within a week of Christmas, it doesn't seem that long at all... The shipping will certainly be delayed as well... All things considered, DPM has done all they can do at this point.... You are now at the mercy of USPS.... Which, in my experience, can take days or weeks... If not longer...

Paid on Dec 18 - Received confirmation of Payment Dec 21 with a 24/48 hours delay for tracking.

After almost 72 hours now, I had to re-send an email again to get an update.

Seems pretty long to "kick off" so far.
