I've had a slight problem with an order from macromass, and is not getting any serious help at their webbsite.. What should I do? Couse I really like them from before and is a little dissapointed at the time actually..

Buddy, The problem is your own created. We sent your order and it got returned from your country. Returned parcels are not received by us. Because we use fake sender details. We still offered to ship your parcel but you vanished away and now returned after one year. We are still willing to help but not the way you want. I told you i can offer you discount on orders shipped from PH, But expect nothing from P. This is a very clear answer whether you call it disappointment or whatsoever. I have the chat conversation screenshot of which i would gladly provide to the administration when required.

Can agree with everything macro mass said. My most recent order had a problem and he immediately reshipped for my satisfaction. Please macro does us all a great service. Doesn't need to be treated this way especially with how excellenct his service is.
