I had a terrible experience one time combining the two I conclude it was likely serotonin syndrome. Anyways tianeptine is fun stuff, probably the safest opiat-esc stuff to take. Like anything you will develop a tolerance eventually and you will get wd. They are pretty unique and managable but totally unpleasant which is expected. I take around 50 mg x 10 times a day or something at the moment. Because of the short half like(only lasts for 3-4 hours max) you are sure to wake up most mornings in a light wd because you sleep around 8h. Its just something you deal with, personally the trade off has been very much worth it for me. But do not listen to anyone who says it doesn't exist its a trade off. Im sure most of us already know that and like myself are fine accepting it![]()

Excellent advice, Mishman7... Do you have any experience with a low dosage of Tianeptine?

Wow, Mish... I just finished reading the reddit thread that you recommended. The dosage levels referenced therein were over-the-top nuts! Taking table salt at those levels would cause serious metabolic issues.
While certainly cautioned by the article, I wonder if, in context, it might be unfairly damning of a reasonably safe and effective drug taken at or below the recommended dosage levels?
