Seems to the point Hooper... Hey we all are capible of makeing honest mistakes... Even the best intentionds can be fouled up from time to time...
I do, however, don't think they should have used the "police" BS directed your way... Now I know there are a$$holes that would try and "get over" on vendors considering the people he has to deal with, but to come down on you that hard that quick seems a litte harsh...
I'm also fairly sure he doesn't amswer every email his self so maybe it was some flunky... I am sorry this chain of events took place for ya... It doesn't sound to me like you were trying to get over on anybody...
The only thing I can suggest is emails to DPM24 and after the payment has finally been recieved, reitterate the fact that you wasn't and haven't been trying to short him in any way....i know he fills much larger orders and I really don't think he would risk having a black mark against him here on our site.... It seems to me, that you're doin your absolute best to get this resolved... Now also... His english is a tad "broken", but that should have no bearing on this transaction...
Please keep us all informed on how this is developing.... But I could almost garantee this will work out for both parties...
