An friend of mine had never ordered from a vendor. He got a LL on his first order. Needless to say he was pretty mad, even though I had warned him. This was a month ago and he has received a package from the same vendor since then. But I have noticed a lot of packages from the country where ppe2u and others are located have seemed to have an increased seizure rate over the past.
