Mention you are a member here. It makes a big difference, I guess many people here he feels are much more quality and honest than others from some places."
I might should have tried mentioning I was a member on the front end. Â After we had a hicup I didn't want to say I was a member and if everything didn't go exactly my way I'd write a bad review. Â That would have been a bs way to handle it. Â So far we're still working through my first order. Â Nothing really to report except that things are moving along. Â I'm still confident things will work out but I am a little paranoid I've had 4 packages sent from 3 vendors and 2 are held up in customs since the jan 6. Â DPS was quick to acknowledge it was most likely seized and is working through the reship. Â The other company is making me wait 20 business days even though it seems obvious to me it was a seizure. Â It's the risks we take on both sides. Â Keeping my fingers crossed.
Why would you write a bad review if everything didn't go your way. There are so many things that can go wrong. Comments like that turn vendors away. Remain with only the facts. What has happened and how it is being resolved, that is what everyone wants to know. Be subjective.
It has nothing to do with the strength of the group but the overall quality of the people. I don't know who else they merchant with, but the people from here, I am told are much more understanding. Has much to do with experience I would suppose.
I don't know what other vendor you are working with, but you should have direct email from DPS and he is very good about responding, at least that is my experience. There is also the open chat..
My suggestion is to research I s c and compare that to the I c s.
and the process...
