      I am back from my appointment and it still stands that, 2 hours of research on the Web has given me more info than any Doctor ever will.

Doctors these days are gun shy, and fearful of lawsuits to the point when asked questions by a patient they act as if they are in a court of law. They clam up!

According to the facial expressions on these 4 PHD's and my own research, the screw method = arthritis and the non screw method = possible limited movement.
Both my work and play require full movement of my limbs so, MRI and surgery are pending!I am relieved to get to the point where things should begin to improve. My work involves travel, so I am secretly enjoying the time spent with immediate family, and of coarse my new forum family!
