As I understand it, IOP's that use PayPal would be in violation of PayPal's terms.......do some research first.
That's why if you buy meds via paypal you have to declare it as a gift, not a business transaction.

Actually, I know of people that got there personal PP accounts shutdown once PP realized purchases were made at an IOP.  That person is me.  And I know at least five others that did as well as the IOP.  Someone was unhappy with the meds filed a chargeback and reported it was an IOP.
