I sent him an email regarding one of the out of stock items to check when it would be back in stock, and not only did he reply super fast, he also replied a very detailed email regarding not only the product I asked about but also about other products that he though I may be interested in, and other important info too. After several emails back and forth (all within an hour) he offered to try to find a product that I am interested in that is not even listed on the site and he even proposed a customized deal that suit my needs and my pocket.
This guy is fenomenal, at least from a customer service perspective. I will let everyone know about the quality of the products when I get them, but given my email exchanges with him, I would be extremely surprised if they were less than awesome.
Thank YOU for your review on the customer services sir. I am highly Thankful for that. I hope and pray that may you receive the products soon and like them as well.
