You have to set up an online account, which only takes a few minutes and after that it's a breeze. One cool thing is you can pay WU online with a CC or let them do a direct bank withdraw. Also the fee is always $10.00, it doesn't matter if you send $100 or $500.
It works for me and I would use any other method except with vendors who accept CCs. Please, none of the "leaving trails" lectures. You leave a so called trail no matter how you send money. The fact is who cares? Who are you trying to hide from? LE doesn't care about your small personal orders.
I'm with you on this one Zander. I have only used WU online and most times have no problems. I've had a couple of transfers denied, but wait a few days, try again to the same receiver and it goes thru. Go figure.
I believe it has a lot to do with where and who you are sending to. Some areas are under the microscope and will get turned down many times. Sometimes I will ask the vendor for a different receiver and it goes thru ok.
As for MG, to hell with them. Just like Mr. C, they have never approved a transfer for me. I think people are catching on to what transfers to certain people and places are for. If you can't get the funds thru no matter what, contact the vendor and let them know the problem. If they want your business bad enough (and they do) they will find a way to make it happen.
