50 posts reached, but still can't reply to PMs...

Question for the admins / mods - Amazingly enough I seem to have accumulated 50 posts, and my profile has been updated to "Junior Member" from "Newbie", but I've logged out and logged back into the site several times this afternoon, and I still can't reply to a PM, or access any "behind the wall" content.  If there's something else I need to do (clear cookies, etc.), please guide me in the right direction.
