After sending an email to WU's complaints department about my declined transfers, I've finally received a reply 5 days later. They sent me an attached questionnaire document to fill in and send back to them. They basically want to know the details about the people I've tried to make transfers to recently. Such as how do I know them, how long have I known them, why I'm sending them money and where the money I'm sending's coming from.

I guess that based on my answers they'll make a decision whether to continue declining my transfers or start letting them through again.

It's a bit nosy of them aye?

is calling an option as I have found their phone agents to be rather reasonable? My experience was they seemed more concerned with my identity. If they ask about your receivers and if they are all over the place, just tell them you have travelled a lot and send gifts to help your friends families as a form of charity. Also, I have said I am sending money to various relatives of my House keeper, gardener, handyman, etc. Another one that popped up as it was an unusual destination, I just said it was a contribution to a big wedding gift. All of those were accepted and fine answers.

you seem smart enough to have made it this far, I have no doubt you can sail through this. Just remember which stories you told on which receiver.
